I want to invite you to meet a friend of mine; Coach Carolyn. She is not a coach in the traditional sense of improving your physical game with your physical body, but rather your mental game with your mind. We all need someone like this in our life to help us to figure out how to get from here to there. We all don’t have people in our life to help guide us on our journey. Our friends or family may not understand what it is we want out of life. We might hear our closest friends or spouse tell us we are crazy to try new things. But do you even know what you even want out of life? Coach Carolyn is offering a unique opportunity to help you figure it out. Please join her in her goal setting workshop being held on October 13 in Fargo. Below is listed more information and you can also go here to register. Make the end of 2011 count!
You’re invited to change your views on goal setting!
What are you working toward? How clear is your long-term vision? Have you thought about how your current activities are helping you achieve your long-term goals? Maybe it’s time…
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and work on your future!
In this workshop you will change how you think about goals and unlearn what you’ve been told before about goal setting. How smart is a S.M.A.R.T. goal? Do New Years resolutions work?
You will learn about the very latest research on goal setting including the importance of having long-term goals, how to set a truly motivating goal and how many goals should be pursued at once.
Opportunities will be presented for you to power through exercises that will result in defining a long-term vision for your life. You’ll then work on setting goals to bridge the gaps between where you are and where you want to go. You’ll do this by realizing how key support systems influence your goals: people, career, finances, environment, education, health and your extra-curricular activates as well.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll walk out with new goals and a framework for setting goals in the future.
