Yesterday as I was unpacking groceries my youngest son saw that I had a large tub of peanut butter and powdered sugar. He looks at me with excitement in his eyes and says, “Are you making peanut butter balls?” It is as if Santa himself just walked in our house…..he was that excited. You see, I have already made a double batch of this……gone! These are time consuming as anything that you have to dip in chocolate takes time. I always use chocolate almond bark as it melts and cools so easily.
Want to see a picture of them, you need to visit my regular blog.

2 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 lb. almond bark (I like the chocolate kind)

Melt almond bark.
Roll balls in chocolate until covered.
Place on waxed paper to harden
